With a global presence in multiple markets and a diverse workforce spanning approximately 100 nationalities, our efforts are unified by our Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging (ID&B) mission:

We are com­mit­ted to liv­ing our val­ues to cre­ate an inclu­sive cul­ture, encour­ag­ing diver­si­ty of peo­ple and think­ing, in which all employ­ees and stake­hold­ers feel they tru­ly belong. We want to encour­age each oth­er to step into each other’s world and to embrace new per­spec­tives, con­tin­ue to inspire inno­va­tion and to gain valu­able insights that dri­ve busi­ness results.

Lead by example

We are committed to growing gender balance across all job levels, functions, and segments of our organisation, and we are constantly exploring ways to enhance our measurement of diversity globally. In this journey, collaborating with leaders and holding ourselves accountable through data is essential.

Deliver an inclusive environment

We equip our people with the skills and tools to build a supportive environment for all. Our Global Inclusive Leadership programme addresses core topics like unconscious bias, managing diverse teams and setting powerful examples for our people. A crucial part of our strategy is to implement hiring practices that help build an inclusive environment.

Care for everyone’s story and belonging 

We are transparent about where we are and our allyship with underrepresented communities. Sharing our ID&B story is an important part of what we are trying to achieve. Our engagement is highlighted by supporting global campaigns - Global Accessibility Awareness Day, Black History Month, and International Women's Day.

Our Employee Resource Groups (‘ERGs’) grow daily, with thousands of members actively participating across the globe. We host a diverse range of ERGs, including Women in Tech, JET & Proud, JET in Colour, Neurodiversity, Parents & Carers, JETsetters and Able at JET.
