Just Eat Takeaway.com is partnering with Amazon in Germany, Austria and Spain to offer Amazon Prime members unlimited free delivery on their food orders.
Bringing together the perfect combination of entertainment and food delivery, the collaboration will launch through Lieferando in Germany/Austria and Just Eat in Spain, and will be mutually beneficial for both Amazon Prime members and Just Eat Takeaway.com partners. Amazon Prime members will be able to order what they want, when they want, from tens of thousands of restaurants with unlimited free delivery and Just Eat Takeaway.com’s partners will reach even more local consumers with Amazon Prime.

Through the partnership, Amazon Prime members will get early access to the free delivery feature of Plus, a new customer loyalty programme to be launched by Just Eat Takeaway.com, which will offer consumers a variety of exclusive deals and discounts from restaurant partners and retailers.* By linking their Just Eat Takeaway.com and Amazon Prime accounts, members will be able to obtain Plus’ unlimited free delivery offering, at no additional cost, when ordering from their favourite local restaurants, on orders above €15.00*.
Amazon Prime members can easily sign up on the Just Eat / Lieferando landing pages to access the offer. Orders will be made as usual via the Just Eat / Lieferando apps and websites, with free delivery applied. This partnership follows the success of Just Eat Takeaway.com’s US business, Grubhub, and its partnership with Amazon which has recently expanded.
* Just Eat Takeaway.com plans to offer its new consumer loyalty programme, Plus, to Just Eat Takeaway.com consumers more widely over the next few months. Customers that are not active Amazon Prime members will also be able to opt into the free delivery feature of Plus in exchange for a small fee.
* The offer will be available with eligible partners only. Minimum spends, additional fees (including service fees) and full terms will also apply.
