Jitse stud­ied Busi­ness & IT at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Twente. He start­ed his career dur­ing his stud­ies when he launched a busi­ness in web devel­op­ment. In 2000, Jitse found­ed and launched Just Eat Take​away​.com (at that time named Thuis​be​zorgd​.nl). Jitse is also a mem­ber of the advi­so­ry board of Suit­sup­ply B.V. As CEO and Chair of the Man­age­ment Board, Jitse has respon­si­bil­i­ty for Cor­po­rate Strat­e­gy, Busi­ness Devel­op­ment, Mar­ket­ing, Prod­uct and Technology.

Brent joined Just Eat Take​away​.com as COO in 2011. He led the inte­gra­tion of Lieferan​do​.de and Pyszne​.pl before becom­ing CFO of Just Eat Take​away​.com in 2014. Pri­or to this, he was CFO of a fast­grow­ing tech­nol­o­gy busi­ness (Ned­Stat) and worked in ven­ture cap­i­tal (ABN AMRO, Mees Pier­son). Brent grad­u­at­ed in 1992 from the Eras­mus Uni­ver­si­ty of Rot­ter­dam in Econo­met­rics. Brent is also a mem­ber of the super­vi­so­ry board of BloomOn Inter­na­tion­al B.V. As CFO and mem­ber of the Man­age­ment Board, Brent has respon­si­bil­i­ty for Finance, Busi­ness Intel­li­gence, Investor Rela­tions, Merg­ers & Acqui­si­tions, Risk Man­age­ment and Con­trol, Human Resources, and Legal Affairs.

Jörg found­ed Lieferan​do​.de in 2009 and has dri­ven its rapid growth since then. He joined Just Eat Take​away​.com fol­low­ing the acqui­si­tion of Lieferan​do​.de in 2014, when he became COO. Jörg grad­u­at­ed in 2005 from the Euro­pean Busi­ness School Oestrich-Winkel and has expe­ri­ence in M&A and equi­ty cap­i­tal mar­kets at UBS Invest­ment Bank in Lon­don and New York. As COO and mem­ber of the Man­age­ment Board, Jörg has respon­si­bil­i­ty for Deliv­ery, Sales and Cus­tomer Services.

Matt Mal­oney found­ed Grub­hub in 2004. He led the com­pa­ny through five rounds of invest­ment fund­ing, a 2013 merg­er with Seam­less and a 2014 ini­tial pub­lic offer­ing. Matt cur­rent­ly serves as an advi­so­ry board mem­ber for The Uni­ver­si­ty of Chica­go Booth School of Busi­ness Pol­sky Cen­ter for Entre­pre­neur­ship and a mem­ber of ChicagoNEXT, an orga­ni­za­tion ded­i­cat­ed to dri­ving growth and oppor­tu­ni­ty in the Chica­go busi­ness com­mu­ni­ty. He also serves on the board of direc­tors of the Muse­um of Sci­ence and Indus­try in Chica­go. Matt was named one of Amer­i­ca’s most pow­er­ful CEOs 40 and under in Forbes Mag­a­zine in 2016 and one of the top 50 busi­ness peo­ple of 2014 by For­tune Mag­a­zine. He holds a bach­e­lor’s degree from Michi­gan State Uni­ver­si­ty and two mas­ter’s degrees, includ­ing an MBA, from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Chica­go. As a mem­ber of the Man­age­ment Board, Matt has respon­si­bil­i­ty for North America.
