Jitse stud­ied Busi­ness & IT at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Twente. He start­ed his career dur­ing his stud­ies when he launched a busi­ness in web devel­op­ment. In 2000, Jitse found­ed and launched Just Eat Take​away​.com (at that time named Thuis​be​zorgd​.nl). Jitse is also a mem­ber of the advi­so­ry board of Suit­sup­ply B.V. As CEO and Chair of the Man­age­ment Board, Jitse has respon­si­bil­i­ty for Cor­po­rate Strat­e­gy, Busi­ness Devel­op­ment, Mar­ket­ing, Prod­uct and Technology.

Jörg found­ed Lieferan​do​.de in 2009 and has dri­ven its rapid growth since then. He joined Just Eat Take​away​.com fol­low­ing the acqui­si­tion of Lieferan​do​.de in 2014, when he became COO. Jörg grad­u­at­ed in 2005 from the Euro­pean Busi­ness School Oestrich-Winkel and has expe­ri­ence in M&A and equi­ty cap­i­tal mar­kets at UBS Invest­ment Bank in Lon­don and New York. As COO and mem­ber of the Man­age­ment Board, Jörg has respon­si­bil­i­ty for Deliv­ery, Sales and Cus­tomer Services.

Mayte joined Just Eat Take​away​.com in June 2024, pre­vi­ous­ly serv­ing as chief finan­cial offi­cer at PLUS Hold­ing B.V., a Dutch super­mar­ket retail­er. Mayte is an expe­ri­enced, all-round finan­cial spe­cial­ist, who pri­or to join­ing PLUS, gained exten­sive work expe­ri­ence, both finan­cial and strate­gic, at Gold­man Sachs and Ahold Del­haize. Mayte holds a master’s degree in Law from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Ams­ter­dam and a mas­ter in Pub­lic Pol­i­cy from Har­vard Uni­ver­si­ty.
As CFO and mem­ber of the Man­age­ment Board, Mayte has respon­si­bil­i­ty for Finance, Investor Rela­tions, Merg­ers & Acqui­si­tions, Risk Man­age­ment and Con­trol, and Legal & Compliance.

Andrew joined Just Eat plc in 2017 as a sales direc­tor and has made a sig­nif­i­cant impact since then across a num­ber of senior posi­tions with­in the busi­ness, pre­vi­ous­ly man­ag­ing the Company’s UK and Ire­land busi­ness and most recent­ly act­ing as inter­im Chief Oper­at­ing Offi­cer. Pri­or to this, Andrew spent over a decade work­ing in Lon­don and New York in cap­i­tal mar­kets for glob­al invest­ment bank, Jef­feries. Andrew grad­u­at­ed from the Uni­ver­si­ty Col­lege Dublin and holds a bachelor’s degree in Busi­ness & Law. As CCO and mem­ber of the Man­age­ment Board, Andrew has respon­si­bil­i­ty for Sales, Cana­da and the seg­ments North­ern Europe, South­ern Europe & ANZ and UK & Ireland.
